Barely two weeks after eight Ghanaians were arrested by the Murtala Muhammed International Airport command of the Nigeria Immigration Service for attempted human trafficking, the command has also apprehended another set of four nationals from the same country for similar offence.
It was learnt that the arrest was made on Friday by NIS officials as the Ghanaians who were aged between 22 and 25 were transiting to Europe for alleged prostitution.
They were said to have entered Nigeria by road from Togo and Benin Republic, while they also planned to travel out of Nigeria through Egypt Air before they were apprehended by the immigration officials at the airport.
It would be recalled that like the eight apprehended recently, they were also on the verge of boarding an Egypt Air flight to Europe.
